This Privacy Policy describes the type of information that Top Pillars and its affiliates (“we”, “our”, “us”). We may collect for our own purposes, how we use, protect, and share that information. In some circumstances, we may receive or process personal information on behalf of a client.

This Privacy Policy does not describe all the information we may collect. It also does not describe how we use, protect, or share that information. In those situations, the privacy policy of the client will apply. 

Types of Information We May Collect

The following provides examples of the type of information that we may collect on our own behalf:

  • Demographic Information. Top Pillars may collect personal information such as your location. We use this data as we have a business need to understand our customers and provide tailored services.
  • Account Registration. Top Pillars may collect trainee’s name and contact information when he creates an account. We may also collect information relating to the actions that he perform while logged into his account. This data used as we have a business need to provide account related functionalities to our users. Accounts can be used for easy checkout and to save his preferences and transaction history. 
  • Client Information. Top Pillars may collect contact information such as name, e-mail, address and/or phone of trainees and with whom we may interact. The purposes for collection and use of this data is that we have a training need to make our website operate efficiently and to provide our trainees with ability to save preferences such as login and preferred language.
  • Feedback/Support. If trainees provide us feedback or contact us for support we may collect their name and e-mail address, as well as any other content that they send to us, to reply. As we have a business need to receive and act upon their feedback or issues.
  • Mailing List. If trainees sign up for one of our mailing lists we collect their e-mail address or postal address. We have a business need to share information about our products or services.

Types of Information We May Collect

  • Partner Promotion. We collect information to provide as part of a co-branded promotion with another company. The purpose of collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to fulfill our promotions.
  • Cookies. Top Pillars use cookies and clear GIFs. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to a computer’s hard drive while a web site is viewed. The purposes for collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to make our website operate efficiently, provide different website experiences, and to provide the ability to save users preferences such as login and preferred language. In addition to the information that we collect from trainees directly, we may also receive information about you from other sources, including third parties, business partners, our affiliates, or publicly available sources. When Top Pillars receive or processes personal information on behalf of one of our clients. The client generally determines what information we receive, our purpose in processing the information, and how we will use the information.
